As part of the development of our information system, we are looking for an Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Administrator (M/F), based in Meylan, France (38).
Within a 2-person IT team, you will be responsible for the design, evolution, and availability of the company's information system. Acting as both an infrastructure expert and cybersecurity reference, you will define the technical direction of the IS, drive its transformation, and guarantee its operational and security maintenance.
In a demanding, international technological environment, you will work across the entire infrastructure lifecycle, from requirements analysis to solution deployment. You will ensure the consistency and performance of the IT ecosystem while guaranteeing its resilience, scalability, and compliance with security requirements. Additionally, you will support AI-related initiatives by providing your expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and solution integration.
Key Responsibilities as Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Administrator
Architecture and Infrastructure:
Design and evolve the IS architecture in a scalable and sustainable manner, aligned with company strategy.
Take full ownership of the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects: requirements analysis, design, tech stack selection, deployment.
Define technical standards and best practices (networking, virtualization, storage, hybrid cloud).
Anticipate load capacity needs and hardware refresh cycles (capacity planning, obsolescence management).
Ensure the availability and performance of the hybrid Windows / Linux infrastructure—including CAD/EDA environments—working closely with the CAD team (compute constraints, licensing, storage).
Optimize the cost/performance ratio of the infrastructure.
Operations, Operational Maintenance (MCO) & Security Maintenance (MCS):
Maintain existing infrastructure in operational condition: day-to-day operations, maintenance, backups, BCP/DRP (PCA/PRA).
Maintain infrastructure security: hardening, patch management, vulnerability management, monitoring.
Directly intervene in critical technical activities (installation, configuration, troubleshooting), particularly on servers, network, and security.
Cybersecurity:
Ensure overall IS security, risk management, reporting, and action coordination.
Define and enforce Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP/PSSI) and associated measures (access control, MFA, hardening, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response).
Monitor regulatory compliance alongside the legal department (GDPR, AI Act, NIS2, Law 25 in Quebec).
Raise user security awareness (phishing, best practices, training).
Contribute to IT/cyber due diligence (M&A) and answer cyber questionnaires from clients and partners.
Perform continuous technology watch on infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Software and Applications:
Ensure the security and consistency of software usage (workstations, servers, line-of-business applications, SaaS).
Advise on application selection and integration from an architecture and security perspective (scoping, securing SaaS / internal IS integrations).
Vendors and Projects:
Support the IT Manager (who leads vendor and service provider relations) by providing technical and security expertise (solution selection, specifications, acceptance testing).
Contribute to the technical scoping and follow-up of infrastructure projects carried out with external providers.
