You will take on the role of Technical Lead (digital design) (W/M), joining the Power Management development team and contributing to the development of Dolphin Semiconductor’s products.
As a member of a multidisciplinary team (analog + digital products), you will be responsible for defining the best architecture for power-management products.
As a Technical Lead (W/M), your main responsibilities will be:
Contribute to design and verification decisions to meet performance and power-consumption targets for both pure digital and mixed-signal products.
Supervise a team of 2 to 3 designers from a technical standpoint. You will be involved in implementation choices and in developing product features according to specifications.
Work within a multidisciplinary environment: you will interact with software and signal-processing specialists. You will also collaborate with the analog design team to understand analog block behavior, model them, and ensure correct system-level operation.
Develop IPs while considering functional aspects, power consumption, and safety requirements according to automotive standards. You will make trade-offs between technical/non-technical constraints and development costs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the verification methodology and flow.
Participate in training and supporting your colleagues.
You're about to become a dolphin..
You are an engineer or hold a Master’s degree in electronics, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. You have at least 10 years of experience in digital/logic IP and/or SoC design. You are comfortable with RTL coding (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog). Ideally, you have used QuestaFormal for formal verification.
You already have initial experience in technical leadership and/or are used to mentoring and supporting junior profiles : apprentices, interns, or newcomers.
Expected skills:
Cadence, Mentor, and Synopsys EDA tools covering all stages of the design flow
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience with automotive verification methodologies and ISO26262 is a strong advantage.
