Managing our Power Management Voltage-Regulator product line (DC/DC, LDO, regulators) is a key driver of our growth strategy. With sites in Meylan, near Grenoble, and in Montreal (Canada), we support customers worldwide in addressing the challenges of a rapidly evolving market.

We are looking for a Product Line Marketing Manager (M/F) whose mission will be to structure and drive the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends. The goal: identify new opportunities, strengthen our market positioning, accelerate growth, and ensure revenue targets are met while optimizing return on investment for this product line.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Power Management Product Line Manager:

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities

• Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to guide the product roadmap.
• Assess target markets and high-growth segments to optimize the positioning of our Power Management solutions.

Drive product strategy and maximize growth

• Develop and execute a solid business plan, ensuring the growth and profitability of the product line.
• Ensure product developments align with customer expectations and company objectives.
• Monitor the evolution of margins across the product line and its various IP components.

Refine competitive strategy

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of competitive offerings to identify key differentiation factors.
• Define clear competitive advantages to strengthen our leadership position.

Promote and represent Dolphin Semiconductor

• Create and distribute strategic marketing materials (white papers, technical articles, webinars...).
• Actively participate in key industry conferences and events to enhance the visibility of our Power Management solutions.

Work in synergy with internal Teams

• Collaborate with the Marketing team, Digital Communication team, R&D teams, Customer Support, and Sales teams to accelerate product development and deployment.
• Provide market insights to technical teams to optimize future generations of Power Management IPs.

You Are About to Become a Dolphin...

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical marketing within the IP, embedded systems, or semiconductor industry, with a strong affinity for Power Management. With a technical background, you have previously held roles such as Applications Engineer, Test Engineer, or Designer before transitioning into product marketing. Your expertise in Power Management Unit technologies, including DC/DC, LDO, Buck-Boost, 32KHz RC and Crystal Oscillators, enables you to collaborate closely with the R&D team and challenge technical solutions.

Your strong communication skills allow you to translate complex technical concepts into clear and impactful messages. You are capable of developing a long-term vision and influencing strategic decisions for a product line. Fluent English is essential for effective communication with our international customers and partners.
