Are You Ready to Dive into Ultra-Low Power Innovation?
Our Advanced Power Management team is growing! We are looking for an experienced Analog Designer (M/F) to join us.
As part of our Power Management IP division, you will develop new circuit architectures aimed at optimizing power consumption and area efficiency in complex SoCs.
Our team is currently working on products such as oscillators, controllers, Adaptive Body-Bias, and Adaptive Voltage Scaling.
We work with advanced technologies below 40-22-12nm, including Bulk and SOI, across multiple nodes and foundries such as GF, TSMC, SMIC, and more.
Within a team of designers and layout engineers, you will actively contribute to expanding our FinFET product portfolio.
Your main responsibilites :
- Design and develop new architectures, ensuring they meet specifications within the given timeline.
- Explore new concepts and design rules for emerging technologies, defining best practices and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Handle the design of product blocks and system-level integration, from specification to final delivery, using Cadence Virtuoso ADE for schematic design and simulation.
- Contribute to our quality process—we are ISO 9001 certified—and propose improvements for quality and productivity.
- Engage in problem-solving and team collaboration to drive innovative solutions.
- Mentor and train junior analog designers.
- Provide second-level support to application engineers for complex customer support issues.
You're about to become a dolphin:
- You have an Engineering degree or a Master’s (Bac+5) in Microelectronics and at least 5 years of experience in analog design for IP, IC, or SoC development.
- Ideally, you have experience in low-power circuit design (ULP - Ultra Low Power).
- You are skilled in schematic design and mixed-signal system specification.
- You have a solid understanding of architectures, including data converters (ADC, DAC) and/or voltage regulators.
- You are proficient in:
- Cadence Virtuoso ADE with Spectre/SpectreX simulator
- Mixed-signal simulators like Xcelium
- Unix/Linux environments
Your team spirit and communication skills will be your greatest assets as we collaboratively optimize and develop cutting-edge circuit blocks.
You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, working on short-cycle, dynamic projects.
Benefits of becoming a Dolphin:
- Join a small-to-medium-sized company backed by the JOLT investment fund.
- Compensation package: fixed salary (based on experience), profit-sharing, meal vouchers, health insurance and provident plan.
- Located in a "green zone for intellectual capital," our company is committed to sustainable mobility, with a strong emphasis on cycling. Through our Sustainable Mobility Fund, we offer: €0.12/km for carpooling, €0.25/km for cycling, reimbursement of 60% for transport subscriptions and bike rentals, and a €300 subsidy for purchasing a bike after one year of service. We also provide well-equipped facilities: secure bike parking, showers, as well as workshops and cycling activities throughout the year.
- Executive status, annual hours package, 10 RTT (redundant days off), CET (compte épargne-temps).
- Work-from-home agreement for 20 days per year or the possibility of regular or full remote work depending on personal constraints.
- And of course, the Welcome pack when you join!!
