We are currently looking for an Analog CAD Support Engineer (M/F) for a permanent position at our Meylan (38) site, just minutes from Grenoble.

As an Analog CAD Support Engineer (M/F), your mission will be to provide technical support to Analog and Mixed Signal IP designers.

With your expertise, you will help identify and implement the most effective solutions, thereby accelerating innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional product quality.

Your main missions will be to:

· Support analog layout teams in their development of analog flows and their use of EDA software.

· Develop scripts and tools to support the layout teams.

· Be responsible for the flows, project setup and the user's linux workspace.

· Propose improvements to design flows to enhance productivity and product quality.

· Carry out evaluations and benchmarking on EDA software, test new features and introduce them to existing flows.

· Write documentation, provide training, and give demonstrations to design teams.

· You will be in contact with our EDA software (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) and IP / PDK (TSMC, Samsung, Global Foundries, etc.) suppliers.

You are about to become a Dolphin...

We are looking for an experienced CAD engineer, with significant experience (at least 5 years). Ideally with a good overall knowledge of the entire backend analog flow including Virtuoso Layout Suite, DRC/LVS verification, parasitic extractions and EMIR (electromigration/IR drop).

You could also be an analog designer/layouter and looking to redefine your career path by moving towards support and methodology, if so, you could be the ideal candidate for this position.

Excellent communication and teamworking skills. You enjoy being in direct contact with teams and providing valuable design support.

You can develop scripts and tools in Python and SKILL and are very familiar with Linux.
