To support our business growth and address our clients' challenges regarding density, power consumption, and operating frequency of their integrated circuits, we are looking for an Europe Sales Development Manager (W/M) based in Meylan (38).
As an Europe Sales Development Manager (W/M), you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Your main mission will be to contribute to revenue growth in the Europe region.
- You will develop and structure ambitious sales strategies to achieve significant growth, formalizing them into a sales budget. From the first qualification meetings, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and projects, laying the foundation for a solid relationship.
- Your ability to analyze and synthesize information will be essential for effectively communicating with internal teams, thereby facilitating the work of our FAEs and designers. In this spirit, you will need to use our CRM rigorously to help manage client relationships.
- You will qualify opportunities throughout the sales funnel, managing decision-making processes and ensuring rigorous technical validation. You will establish strong links with the top management of clients, allowing you to deeply understand their organizations to develop effective penetration strategies.
- Towards the end of the process, you will orchestrate contract negotiations in collaboration with our project management team, up to the contract signing. You will also be involved in executing key parts of the contract, such as collecting amounts due from clients.
- Managing key accounts and animating a distribution network will be at the heart of your responsibilities.
- Your role will also be to identify and seize market opportunities, balancing quick sales with long-term strategies to maximize cumulative revenue.

With a technical background, we are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience as a sales manager in the field of semiconductors or electronic components. You have already demonstrated your ability to manage and develop key accounts and distribution networks.
Your success relies on your strong strategic and analytical skills, coupled with a detective-like approach to understanding and overcoming organizational obstacles at clients. You are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to growing revenue in your area.
Communication is one of your strengths: you know how to coordinate technical and sales teams and build relationships with client top management. You are a competitor at heart, motivated by success and generating new business.
Finally, you have a unique ability to balance quick sales with long-term strategies.
