Dolphin Semiconductor is a long-standing leader in the development of design blocks (also known as “Silicon IP”) that improve the power consumption of power supplies and data converters, which are essential components of virtually all modern semiconductors. Without even knowing it, you're probably using our circuit architectures in the electronic chips that shape our everyday lives.

To support the growth of our business, which meets the global challenge of improving the energy efficiency of our customers' integrated circuits, we are looking for a Sales Administrator (F/H), based in Meylan (38).

As a member of the sales team reporting directly to the VP Sales, you will assist the sales team in the day-to-day management of their files acting as an interface with internal departments (sales, finance, project managers), you will be involved in the administration of a customer portfolio mainly international.

As a Sales Administrator, your main missions are :

•  You will be responsible for administrative formalities related to contracts and their evolution (amendment, additional annexes, confidentiality agreements, acceptance report, AR meetings, translation requests, etc.),
• You manage customer orders, issue delivery notes, send media to customers
• You will manage invoicing for contract deliverables and assist with invoice collection.
• You will be responsible for updating and processing databases and creating presentation materials
• You monitor and validate the representatives' commissions
• You monitor revenue with the finance department and sales forecasts in the monitoring tools.
• You will monitor royalties from license contracts
• You will participate in maintaining the quality of customer relations, in the event of requests linked to the management of ADV files.

With a BTEC Higher National Diploma in commerce/management (BAC +2 equivalence in France), you have ideally acquired 5 years's experience in the field of sales administration and have knowledge of budget management, commercial regulations and export.

Rigorous, dynamic, structured and autonomous, you have a strong team spirit and you are adaptable.

You are able to understand and analyze figures, and you have a basic knowledge of accounting entries.

You are organized and reliable in managing follow-up files.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to stand back from situations. You have a sense of customer service. You like to exchange ideas and find solutions for our customers.

You are at ease with computers and master the Pack Office (especially Excel).

ENGLISH B1 : oral and written

You have ideally already worked on SAGE or HubSpot.
